How can I make a payment?

The RVA no longer accepts payment from this website. Please contact accounts@rentalvehicle.co.nz directly.

How do I check if I have an account or Reset my Password?

If you are not sure if you have an account, try to reset your password with the email address you would like to use. The system will tell you if the password has been sent to that address.

 

If you already have an account, you will not be able to re-use the email address you set it up with to set up another account. Use the ‘Request New Password’ option to reset the password on the account.
 

•   Navigate to the Login, top right

•   Below the Login fields there is a link to Request a New Password

•   Enter your email address and submit

•   You will receive an email in your inbox shortly. Click on that link and you will be automatically logged in and asked to choose a new password

•   Once logged in you can update your details.

Who are Members of Rental Vehicle Association New Zealand (RVA)?

The RVA is the authoritative voice of New Zealand’s rental vehicle industry. Our members rent vehicles to the public (we do not). Our business directory will let you find a member of RVA.

How do I become a member?

Navigate to our Membership section or contact: accounts@rentalvehicle.co.nz. Aspects of membership including annual costs depends on your annual revenue. We will contact you annually to get an update.

What is the RVA Directory?

The Rental Vehicle Association Directory allows all members to create a listing. This enables the public and other members to search for an appropriate organisation to provide the service they are looking for.
