How can I locate an invoice

Within your My Portal you will see a Transactions option under the My Account heading.  At any time you can come back here to print out the Receipt again or have it emailed to you. Both complete (paid) and incomplete (unpaid or pending) invoices will be displayed under your transactions tab.

Once you view your transactions tab click on the view/plus button to the right to see more options

How can I make a payment

We accept credit card (Visa and Mastercard) online.

First choose the products you want to purchase - either membership, event tickets or shop items. Once you have done that click on the shopping cart icon in the top menu to take you through the checkout process.  You will need to include your full address including a Region (which equals a State in the US). Your information will already be pre-populated if you have created an account.

On the last page you can enter your credit card details.  We will not see these details as at that point in time you are on the Payment Gateways Secure Site.

Note: If you have previously created an invoice and want to now pay - navigate to your transaction tab and next to the Pending Invoice - click on Make Payment.  This will take you through the checkout process.


How do I check if I have an account or Reset my Password

If you already have an account, you will not be able to re-use your email address to set up another account.  In that case you should reset your password.

If you are not sure if you have an account - try to reset your password with the email address you would like to use. The system will tell you if the password has been sent to that address.

  • Navigate to the Login top right.
  • Below the fields to login, there is a link to Request a New Password
  • Enter your email address and submit
  • You will receive an email in your inbox shortly - click on that link and you will be automatically logged in and asked to choose a new password.
  • Once logged in you can update your details.


Who are Members of Rental Vehicle Association New Zealand (RVA)

RVA is the authoritative voice of the rental vehicle industry.  Our members rent vehicles to the public.  We do not rent vehicles to public - however if you would like to find a member of RVA please navigate to our business directory.

How would I become a member

Navigate to our Membership Section and complete your application online.  You will have the choice of which size company you are, however your membership is dependent on how many vehicles you have in your fleet.  You are required to provide us these numbers each year to continue your membership.
