Within your My Portal, look under the My Account heading to see a Transactions option. At any time you can come back here to print out a receipt again or have it emailed to you. Both complete (paid) and incomplete (unpaid or pending) invoices will be displayed under your Transactions tab.
Once you see your Transactions tab click on the view/plus button to the right to see more options.
You can purchase things like membership, event tickets or merchandise online with a valid credit card. Choose what you want to buy by clicking on it, then click the shopping cart icon in the top menu to start the checkout process. You will need to include your full address including a region (equivalent to a State in the US). Your information will already be pre-populated if you have created an account.
On the last page enter your credit card details. We will not see these details because, at that point in time, you are on the Payment Gateways Secure Site.
Please note: if you have previously created an invoice and want to now pay, navigate to your Transaction tab and next to the Pending Invoice click on Make Payment. This will take you through the checkout process.
If you are not sure if you have an account, try to reset your password with the email address you would like to use. The system will tell you if the password has been sent to that address.
If you already have an account, you will not be able to re-use the email address you set it up with to set up another account. Use the ‘Request New Password’ option to reset the password on the account.
• Navigate to the Login, top right
• Below the Login fields there is a link to Request a New Password
• Enter your email address and submit
• You will receive an email in your inbox shortly. Click on that link and you will be automatically logged in and asked to choose a new password
• Once logged in you can update your details.
